摘要
工业生产和科学技术发展对导热材料提出了更高要求,除导热性外,希望材料具有优良的综合性能。Al N由于其良好的导热能力、低介电常数、耐高温腐蚀、无毒等优异性能成为目前制备导热绝缘复合材料的一类重要填料。文章综述了聚合物/Al N导热绝缘复合材料国内外的研究进展,重点讨论了填料用量、粒径、表面改性、混杂填充等因素对复合材料热导率及其它性能的影响。
With the great development of industrial manufacture and technology, new thermally conductive materials are needed. In the meantime, excellent integrated performance should be provided with high thermal conductivity. Al N with excellent thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant, high temperature corrosion resistance, non-toxic properties and so on, has become an important material for the preparation of thermal conductive insulation composites. In this paper, the research progress of polymer /Al N thermal conductive insulation composites is reviewed, and the effects of filler content, particle size, surface modification, and hybrid filling on the thermal conductivity and other properties of the composites are discussed.
