摘要
消毒供应中心是一个医院无菌物品的发放源头,科室的每一项工作都与医院感染密切相关,感染管理控制措施的制定与实施直接关系着科室工作成效和医院感染发生率。因此加强无菌物品质量管理;严格进行物品回收、分类、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、监测、储存、发放等各环节的质量控制和管理;用院内感染控制原则及方法指导每一个工作细节,从根本上切断感染途径;制定完善的规章制度和工作职责,严格按照规章制度规定和标准操作流程开展工作,确保无菌物品的质量,对控制医院感染发生具有重要作用。
The central sterile supply department is a distribution source of hospital aseptic supply, each work in the depart-ment is closely correlated with the hospital infection, the formulation and implementation of infection management control measures directly concerns the work effect of the department and incidence rate of hospital infection. Therefore, enhancing the quality management of aseptic supply, strict quality control and management of each link including recycle, classifica-tion, cleaning, disinfection, packing, sterilization, monitoring, storage and issuing, guiding each work detail by the hospital infection control principle and method, cuting off the infection way fundamentally, making perfect regulations and job title, carrying out work strictly according to regulations and normative operation process, ensuring the quality of aseptic supply play a major role in controlling the occurrence of hospital infection.
