摘要
文章分别采用微波消解和电热板消解同一样品,然后分别用ICP-OES、ICP-MS测定特定元素(Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As,Ba,Sb,Se)含量。结论:通过对比回收率,可得到出测试结果与选择测试仪器影响不大,而消解方法的选择对结果影响比较大,尤其是砷、汞。因此,如果需要对砷、汞进行定量时,应选择合适的消解方法,例如微波消解。
Digested the same sample by microwave digestion system and hotplate respectively, then analysis the certain elements(Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg, As, Ba, Sb, Se) content by ICP-OES and ICP-MS respectively. Conclusion: according to the recovery, the test instrument's influence is very low for test result, but the digestion method's influence is very high for test result, especially for Arsenic and Mercury. So, if arsenic or mercury is being quantified, should select appropriate digested method, such as Microwave digestion.
