摘要
提出了顺应轻量化设计、材料和制造的汽车白车身定制钢材与零部件技术路线。照此路线合理分布了零部件的微观组织和力学性能,并开展了工业化试制。试制零部件的微观组织与力学性能及设计目标基本一致,并达到了轻量化和性能高级化的目的。
Complying with the lightweight design, materials and manufacturing, the paper proposed a technology roadmap for the tailored steel and parts in the body-in white. According to this route, the reasonable distribution of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the typical part were arranged and the industrial test was carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the prototype are consistent with the design targets, and the targets of lightweight and high performance were achieved.
