摘要
选择不同大孔吸附树脂对香菇多糖提取液脱色,发现DA201-CⅡ树脂具有较好的脱色率,且对多糖的吸附也较少;在单因素试验基础上,通过Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,以香菇多糖提取液浓度、树脂用量和温度为自变量,脱色率为响应值,确定了利用DA201-CⅡ树脂对香菇多糖提取液脱色的最佳工艺条件:香菇多糖提取液浓度为1.9 mg/m L,树脂用量为11 g/100 m L,温度为51℃,脱色率达到最高为80.04%,多糖保留率最高为93.45%。
The application of macroporous adsorption resin to purify lentinan, it was found that macroporous ad- sorption resin DA201-C Ⅱ had the highest deeolorization rate and the lowest polysaceharide retention rate. With decolorization rate as the response value, the influence of amount of lention concentration, addition resin, and decoloration temperature on the process of decolorization were investigated systematically by using one-factor experitments and Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the optimum decolorizing conditions of lentinan by resin DA201-C Ⅱ were as follows: lention concentration 1.9 mg/mL, addition resin 11 g/100 mL, decol- oration temperature 51 ℃. Under this condition, the decolorization rate and retention rate of polysaccharide were 80.04 % and 93.45 %.
