摘要 三聚氰胺本是一种化工原料,近些年来一些不法商家却将其非法添加到乳制品及饲料中,危害了人们的健康。分子印迹技术凭借其独特的优势成为了食品分析检测中的研究热点。介绍分子印迹技术的原理及聚合方法,并综述通过不同方法制备分子印迹聚合物检测三聚氰胺的研究进展。 Melamine is essentially a kind of chemical industry material. In recent years, some illegal business-mens added it to milk products and feed illegally, endangering person's health. Molecular imprinting technolo-gy with its unique advantages had become a research focus in food analysis and detection. The principle of molecular imprinting technique and polymerization methods were introduced, and the determinations through different methods for preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer were reviewed.
