摘要
CAN总线具有实时性高、抗干扰能力强等特点,在煤矿生产过程自动化系统中广泛应用,但对于不具备CAN总线接口的传感器或执行机构,无法直接接入系统。针对这一问题,设计了一种具有CAN总线接口的远程智能I/O,介绍了软硬件设计及应用协议规范,实现了数据的转换传输。
CAN bus with advantages of real-time and strong capacity of resisting disturbance, is widely used in mine automation system, but for those sensors or actuators not match to CAN bus connection cannot get into the system. Based on this problem, a remote intelligent I/O connecting to CAN bus connection was designed, the application agreement, software and hardware design were introduced, realizing data conversion transmission.
