摘要
基于忻州窑矿XGZ刮板输送机在使用过程中常出现滑道的错位等问题,改进后,刮板机能够在滑道错位中刮板集中磨损处分散到多处、整体式结构改进为分体式结构、刮板智能控制拉斜等三方面得到改进,不仅节省了大量材料费,更节约了维护成本。
Based on the mismatch in the slide of XGZ scraper conveyer in Xinzhouyao Mine, scraper conveyer got improvement in spreading abrasion of mismatch in slide, changing monolithic construction to separated structure and scraper intelligent control inclining, saving a lot of material cost and maintenance cost.
