摘要
为了优化苦荞麦粒黄酮提取的工艺条件,采用索氏提取法在单因素试验的基础上结合正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对苦荞麦粒总黄酮提取效率的影响。结果表明:当乙醇浓度为75%、料液比为1∶35、提取温度为75℃、提取时间为4 h时,苦荞麦粒黄酮得率达最高值,为1.462%,本提取工艺条件将实际生产中对苦荞麦粒黄酮的分离提取提供借鉴。
The extraction technology of flavones from grains of tartary buckwheat by soxhlet extraction method were studied.Single factor experiment was adopted to determine the screening level range of orthogonal experiment, then combined the orthogonal experiment analysis results and extraction efficiency of flavone to optimize the extraction technology. The results showed that the best technological parameters were as follows :the optimum ethanol volume fraction was 75% ,ratio between raw material and solvent was 1:35 ,the extraction temperature and time was 75 ~Cand 4 h, respectively,and the corresponding extraction efficiency of flavones was 1.462% under the optimum extraction condition.The present extraction conditions would provide references for practical production in flavones extraction and separation from grains of tartary buckwheat.
