摘要
以灵宝大枣和新郑大枣为原料,从对DPPH·的清除能力﹑总还原力、对·OH的清除能力和对超氧阴离子的清除能力4个方面研究了2种大枣的抗氧化活性。结果表明:在试验条件下,2种枣多糖均具有一定的抗氧化活性且随浓度的升高而增大。在试验浓度范围内,灵宝大枣多糖对DPPH·和超氧阴离子自由基的清除率高于新郑大枣,新郑大枣多糖的总还原力和对·OH的清除率高于灵宝大枣。
Antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from the Lingbao jujube and Zhengzhou jujube was studied in four aspects,namely DPPH free radical scavenging ability,the total reducing power,hydroxyl radical scavenging ability ancl superoxide anion scavenging ability.The results showed that: under experimental condition,the two jujube polysaccharide had certain antioxidant activities and increased with the enhancement of concentration.In the experimental concentration, clearance ability of Lingbao jujube polysaccharide to DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical was greater than Xinzheng jujube, total reducing power and the hydroxyl free radical scavenging of Xinzheng jujube polysaccharide was stronger than Lingbao jujube.
