摘要
目的:分析青光眼术后浅前房形成之原因及处置措施之研究。方法:对50例69眼青光眼患者术后形成浅前房者进行分析研究。结果:术后25例28眼形成浅前房,发生率40.6%,包括滤过过强15眼(53.5%),结膜瓣渗漏4眼(14.3%),脉络膜脱离3眼(14.7%),睫状环阻滞性青光眼1例(3.5%),其中药物保守治疗27眼,手术治疗1眼,视力及前房均恢复良好。结论:术后浅前房形成主要原因是滤过过强、结膜瓣渗漏及脉络膜脱离等,正确诊断与及时处置能实现良好的预后。
Objective To analyse the causes and the treatments of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surger-y.Method 50 cases 69 eyes with shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery were analysed research.Results 25 cases 28 eyes happened shallow anterior chamber after surgery,its rate was 40.6%,in which included aqueous humor filtration 15 eyes （53.5%）,filterbleb leaks 4 eyes （14.3%）,choroida detachment 7 eyes （14.7%）,and malignant glaucoma 1 eyes （3.5%）.27 eyes were medicinal treated,1 eye was treated in operation.Conclusion The main reason of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma operation is aqueous humor filtration,filterbleb leaks,choroid detachment etc.,so it can get a good cure when it diagnoses rightly and manages in time.
