摘要
目的探讨达芬奇机器人辅助实施妇科手术时体位的安全摆放管理,保障手术顺利进行。方法总结2014年2月至2015年12月达芬奇机器人辅助实施妇科46例腹部、盆腔手术截石体位的安置,分析相关护理因素,为达芬奇机器人妇科手术体位安置制订安全防范措施。结果 46例机器人辅助妇科手术均成功完成,术后随访均无并发症。结论规范应用体位摆放标准,达芬奇机器人手术系统可安全应用于妇科手术。
Objective To discuss the safety management of the operative position of Da Vinci robot assisted gynecologic surgery, and make sure the operation is performed smoothly. Methods To summarize 46 cases of abdomen, pelvic surgery from Feb. 2014 to Dec. 2015 , Da Vinci robot assisted gynecologicalop eration in lithotomy position and analyze the related nursing factors, establish the guidelines of the safety management. Results 46 cases of gynecological surgery were carried out by Da Vinci robot successfully, no complications were reported in the following up procedure. Conclusions With the correct application of posture display standard, Da Vinci robotic surgery system can be safely used in gynecological surgery.
