摘要
焊接自动化中大量使用图像处理技术,但焊接过程中产生的飞溅、电弧和烟尘会干扰图像质量。双边滤波算法在去噪时引入图像灰度信息,能够保留图像的边缘信息。但该算法的参数设置是个难点,在深入分析各参数作用的基础上,提出了全面的参数设定方案,重点分析空域、灰度域中,不同的方差取值与作用效果的关系,提出提高计算效率的途径。本方法已成功应用于焊接图像处理,试验证明了此方法的有效性和可靠性。
Image processing technology is widely used in welding automation, but welding splash, arc and gas take an adverse effect on the images and bring much more difficuh in treating the photos. By considering the intensity information of the image, bilateral filter may retain the edge information while removing the noise, but it is difficult to determine the proper working parameters, the function of each variable have been discussed,especially in the discussion of the variance parameters of the functions of space domain and gray domain,and an effective method is proposed in finding out the proper value of each parameters, and the way of promoting calculation efficiency is also suggested in addition, tests in processing welding images have proved its rightness, and can be applied in further work.
