摘要
三元复合驱回收油性质复杂,乳化程度高,且含有铁的硫化物等机械杂质,进入电脱水器后,可造成电场强烈放电,甚至垮电场,影响电脱水的平稳运行。针对污水沉降罐回收油对脱水系统的不良影响,在回收油性质研究的基础上,开发了污水沉降罐回收油热化学脱水工艺及配套设备,在加药浓度200 mg/L、沉降6 h、加热温度70℃条件下,复合驱污水沉降罐回收油经单独处理后,油中含水率在0.5%以下,实现了回收油的达标处理。
The recycled oil from ternary flooding has complex properties with high level of emulsion and sulfide with iron which will cause a strong discharge and even a shock down on the Facility when it enters the electrical dehydrator. This has negatively influenced the stability of the dehydrator. According to the effects of the recycled oil in the settler on the dehydrator system and based on the properties of-recycled oil, the perfect sewage settlement tank recycled oil thermo chemical dehydration technology and complete sets of-equipments were developed, in the condition that dosage of 200 mg/L, settlement 6h, heating temperature of 70 ℃, flooding sewage sedimentation tank recycled oil after treatment separately, the oil in water is less than 0.5%, meet the requirement oFthe recycled oilstandard .
