摘要
目的了解ICU男护士逆商现状及其影响因素,探讨其与工作投入、心理资本之间的关系,为制订合理的应对措施提供相关依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、逆商量表、工作投入量表、心理资本量表对ICU 102名男护士进行问卷调查。结果 ICU男护士的逆商得分为(135.63±13.49)分,为中等偏上水平。工作投入得分为(41.53±5.75)分,心理资本得分为(84.75±4.25)分,均低于国内护士常模。单因素方差分析显示:工作年限、职称、学历对逆商的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,逆商与工作投入、心理资本总分之间均显著正相关(r=0.73、0.81,均P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应重视ICU男护士逆商,采取有效措施提高其逆商水平。
Objective To know about the current situation of adversity quotient of ICU male nurses and its influence factors, also to explore the relationships among adversity quotient, psychological capital and job involvement, so as to provide the reference for proper nursing management strategies. Methods A total of 102 nurses in ICU were investigated by general condition questionnaire, adversity quotient scale, job involvement scale, psychological capital scale. Results The adversity quotient score of male nurses in ICU was(135.63 ±13.49) points, which was in the mid to upper level. The score of job involvement was(41.53±5.75) points, the score of psychological capital was(84.75±4.25) points,which were all lower than national nursing norms. One-way analysis of variance showed that the influence of years of working, professional title, educational history on adversity quotient had significant differences(P 0.01 or P 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that, adversity quotient was positively correlated to job involvement and psychological capital(r = 0.73, 0.81, all P 0.01). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to adversity quotient of male nurses in ICU and take effective measures to improve the levels of adversity quotient.
