摘要
对飞机桨叶根部滚压层进行粗糙度测量,可以有效检测出滚压层的质量,从而不断完善桨叶根部的滚压工艺,提高桨叶的疲劳强度。但必须对设备的选用、参数的设定、测试仪的定位以及探头的控制等进行精确操作,以确保达到理想的测量效果,保障飞行安全。
Rolled layer quality can be inspected effectively by surface roughness measuring to aircraft blade shank,and therefore rolling process to blade shank will be improved continuously,fatigue strength of blade can be enhanced accordingly. To achieving the desired measuring effect,and make sure flight safety,an accurately operation to the factors are necessary when measuring be applied to blade shank,such as option of equipment,parameter setting,location of equipment,probe control etc.
