摘要
公安机关社会信息运用随着信息化时代的到来,使得公安机关在运用社会信息时具有低成本、跨时空、高效率等特点。这些优势的发挥必须要有相关法律和实践规范来做保障。当前形势下,公安机关应该以法律为支撑,保障数据安全,保护公民隐私权;建立信息共享机制,打破信息交流不畅的现状;利用社会信息主导警务工作,建立信息化治安防控网。
Application of social information in public security organs has been gradually changed inherent way with the development of times. The arrival of information age makes application of social information with characteristics of low cost,across time and space and high efficiency. These advantages must be ensured by relevant laws and practical regulations. At present,there are imperfections in the application of social information of public security organs. So in the current situation,public security organs should ensure data security and protect citizen＇s privacy with law as support,build information sharing mechanism and break the unsmooth communication of information,lead policing work with social information and establish information prevention and control network of security.
