摘要
针对正反浮选流程选别大峪口一层矿时,存在浮选中间产品泡沫及精矿泡沫输送困难,造成浮选精矿磷回收率下降的问题,开展了"多管吸浆"正反浮选工艺流程的试验研究。结果表明,入选原矿P2O522.95%、Mg O 2.65%,选出精矿P2O530.45%、Mg O 0.90%、精矿回收率提高到80.33%,流程畅通。
The foam of intermediate products and final concentrates transporting bottleneck led to the low phosphorus recovery of flotation concentrate in direct-reverse flotation process of Dayukou Collophanite ( Phl ). The industrial experiment study on "multi-tube suction pulp" direct-reverse flotation process had been carried out. Results show that the raw ore grading of P205 22. 95% and MgO 2.65 %, concentrate grading of P2O5 30. 44% and MgO 0. 90% at a phosphorus recovery increasing to 80. 33%, and this process is unblocked.
