摘要 为测定人造革中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的含量,建立了一种高效液相色谱方法,该方法以正己烷/丙酮(1:1)为萃取溶剂,80℃下微波萃取人造革中的苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂,萃取液经甲醇沉淀后浓缩定容,直接进行高效液相色谱分析,外标法定量。在信噪比(S/N)=3的条件下,UV-350、UV-P、UV-329、UV-327和UV-326的检出限均为0.05mg/kg,UV-328和UV-320的检出限均为0.10mg/kg。在3个不同加标浓度水平下,各组分的加标平均回收率为88.04%~97.91%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.70%-4.97%。该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高、检出限低,可完全满足人造革中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂含量测定的需要。 A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers in artificial leathers. Benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers in artificial leathers were microwave-assisted extracted at 80 ~C, using n-hexane/acetone ( 1 : 1 ) as the extraction sol- vent. The extract was then precipitated by methanol and condensed, foUowed by the analysis of high-per- formance liquid chromatography technique. The concentration of each analyte was calibrated by external standard method. Under the condition that signal to noise (S/N) equalled three, the limits of detection (LODs) were 0.05 mg/kg for UV -350, UV -P, UV -329, UV -327 and UV -326, 0.10 mg/kg for UV- 328 and UV -320, respectively. The spiked average recoveries changed from 88.04% to 97.91% under three different spiked levels while the relative standard deviation (RSD) varied from 0.70% to 4.97%. The proposed method was simple, rapid, sensitive, had low detection limit, and could completely satisfy the demand for the determination of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers in artificial leathers.
