摘要 微焦点计算机断层扫描术(micro-computed tomography,Micro-CT)具有准确、无创伤、分辨率高、重复性好的优点,目前广泛应用在医学研究的各个领域。Micro-CT结合三维重建技术,可以从各个角度和层面观察图像,从而掌握牙齿及根管系统的形态学特征,为牙体牙髓病的科研及教学提供帮助。现就Micro-CT在牙体牙髓病学领域的应用概况做一介绍。 Since micro-computed tomography (Micro-CT) is accurate and non-invasive,with high resolution and good reproducibility,it is widely used in various fields of medical research.Combined with three-dimensional reconstruction techniques,it enables us to observe image from all angles and dimensions,so we know morphological characteristics of root canal system,which benifits endodontical clinical treatment and teaching.This paper mainly discusses Micro-CT application in endodontics.
