摘要
目的探讨中药对促进新生儿脐根脱落的效果。方法选择242例健康新生儿,按单双日出生分为观察组121例和对照组121例,观察组新生儿采用中药特殊敷脐法,对照组新生儿采用传统护脐带。观察2组新生儿黄疸消退和脐部情况,记录脐根脱落的时间,调查新生儿父母对护脐带使用的满意度情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组新生儿中脐部出现渗液水肿、渗血和脓性分泌物显著降低(P<0.05),并且在1周内黄疸消退显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿在4 d内脐带残端脱落显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度调查显示,使用中药特殊敷脐带的新生儿父母满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中药特殊敷脐带对新生儿脐部进行护理干预,可有效预防脐部并发症发生,促进脐带脱落。
Objective To explore the effect comparison of traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus cord and traditional umbilical cord in neonatal umbilical care. Methods A total of 242 healthy neonates in our hospital were divided into observation group（ n = 121 ） and control group（ n = 121 ） randomly. The control group was served with traditional umbilical cord and the observed group was adminis- trated traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus cord. The jaundice, umbilical case, the time of umbilical root off and satisfaction in the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the number of exudate edema, bleeding and purulent secretions in ob- servation group decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the number of icterus extinction in one week increased significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In addition, the number of umbilical cord abscisic in observation group was higher than than in control group after 4 dyas of treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. The survey of the satisfaction showed the parents of newborn in observation group were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus cord can effectively prevent umbilical region complications and promote cutting umbilical cord.
