摘要
以兰州市作为研究区,利用2012~2014年度不同数据源、不同分辨率的卫星影像对兰州市低丘缓坡未利用土地开发情况进行了遥感监测,辅以土地利用现状、规划数据等相关资料,从低丘缓坡开发占用地类、建设施工、与未利用地规划吻合情况3个方面进行了专题分析,从而实现了土地利用开发的多尺度、多层次立体监测,为有效实施低丘缓坡土地资源综合开发的监管工作提供了重要的技术保障。
This paper takes Lanzhou city as the research area, monitors the development of low - slope hilly unused land of Lanzhou city by analyzing satellite images with different data sources and different resolutions of 2012 -2014, the land use status, planning data and other related information. This paper analyzed the land type of developing Low - slope Hilly, construction, unused land planning, analyzed the agreement of the three aspects above. So the multi - scale and multi - level monitoring of land use development is real- ized. It provides an important technical support for the effective implementation of the supervision work of the development of the low - slope hilly land.
