摘要
目的：分析血清炎性因子水平变化与重症患者下肢深静脉血栓相关性。方法：选取笔者所在医院血管外科下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）患者37例，归为观察组，另选取37例同期行体检的健康志愿者归为对照组。对患者进行抗炎、抗血小板凝结治疗，检测治疗前后观察组及对照组IL-8、IL-6、FIB、CRP水平，对比不同部位发病DvT患者炎性因子及FIB水平。结果：观察组IL-8、IL-6、CRP及凝血因子FIB水平均高于对照组；治疗后观察组IL-8、IL-6、CRP水平及FIB浓度均低于治疗前。P均〈0．05。中央型、混合型、周围型DvT患者L-8、IL-6、CRP及FIB水平无明显差异，P〉0．05；DVT组中IL-8、IL-6、CRP与FIB有相关性。r=0．0423（P=0．0401）、r=0．0332（P=0．0058）、r=0．0470（P=0．0258）。结论：IL-8、IL-6、CRP、FIB与DVT发病及发展有关，可作为DVT预后指标；IL-8、IL-6、CRP、FIB与FIB有相关性，在DvT中炎性因子对凝血因子有促凝作用。
Objective ： To analyse the change and the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in patients with severe lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods： Select the author＇s hospital vascular surgery in 37 patients with deep vein thrombosis （DVT） of lower limbs, as observation group, the other from 37 cases in the same period a medical healthy volunteers as control group. Anti- inflammatory, antiplatelet coagulation therapy was performed, test before and after treatment group and control group in IL 8, IL - 6, FIB and CRP level, compared to different parts of the incidence of DVT in patients with inflammatory factor and FIB levels.Results ： Observation group IL 8, IL - 6, CRP and blood coagulation factor FIB levels were higher than control group; IL - 8 after treatment group, IL - 6, the concentration of CRP level and FIB were lower than before treatment. P〈 0.05. Around the central type, mixed type, 8 patients with DVT L -, IL - 6, no difference between the levels of CRP and FIB, P〉 0.05; DVT of IL 8, IL - 6, CRP and FIB have correlation, r = 0.0423 （P= 0.0401）, r = 0.0332 （P= 0.0058）, r = 0.0470 （P= 0.0258）. Conclusions ： IL 8, IL - 6, CRP and FIB about DVT and disease development, can be used as DVT prognostic indicator; IL 8, IL - 6, CRP and FIB has correlation with FIB, inflammatory factors of blood coagulation factors in DVT has coagulating effect.
