摘要
吉林省长白山区由于独特的自然地理条件,成为世界上主要的人参栽培区,近年的人参年均产值达到百亿以上,为区域经济发展做出了巨大贡献。在人参种植经营过程中,种植户面临着巨大的经营风险。因此,将发展较为成熟的合作社生产经营模式引进到吉林省的人参种植业中,发挥合作社规模经营的优势,对于降低种植户经营风险、提高经营收益和复兴整个吉林人参产业都具有重要意义。该文从人参种植户加入意愿出发,在对被调查种植户户主的基本特征、种植户家庭经营基本特征和种植户对专业合作社的认知等影响加入合作社意愿因素分析的基础上,运用社会学、经济学和统计学等相关知识,发现种植户对专业合作社的认知程度较低,市场经济知识的欠缺,抵御风险能力的薄弱和政府扶持力度不够是有碍于种植户加入人参种植专业合作社的主要因素。在此基础上,提出应加强对人参种植户职业技能培训等4个方面的建议,从而引导广大种植户加入并促进专业合作社的蓬勃发展。
In the process of ginseng planting,to introduce the cooperative production and business operation mode which has been mature to the Jilin ginseng planting industry and to play the advantages of cooperative scale operation are of great significance to reduce the risk of farmers＇ operation,to improve operating earnings and to restore the whole industry of Jilin ginseng. This article embarks from the willingness of ginseng farmers＇ being cooperative members. On the basis of the analysis of the factors which influence them joining in the cooperatives,such as the basic characteristics of farmers＇ householders,the basic characteristics of farmers＇ family planting operations and the farmers＇ perception of the cooperation as well as by using relevant knowledge of sociology,economics and statistics and so on,we have found out that the low cognition of cooperative of farmers,the lack of knowledge of the market economy,the weak ability of resisting the market＇s risk and the weak supporting from the administrative departments of the government are the main resistance factors of the farmers to join the ginseng planting cooperation. Based on this ,we put forward that four suggestions to strengthen the ginseng farmers vocational skills training. In this way to guide the broad masses of farmers to join in the cooperation and to promote the significant development of cooperatives.
