摘要
目的探讨隐匿性阴茎误行包皮环切术后手术矫形治疗效果。方法选取30例隐匿性阴茎误行包皮环切术治疗患者作为调查对象,对患者进行手术矫正,并对治疗效果进行分析。结果 30例患者顺利完成手术,且手术平均时间为(50.28±2.14)min;平均住院时间为(5.05±1.24)d。患者家属对手术较为难以;对患者进行1年随访无明显并发症发生,阴茎长度较同龄人长1 cm左右,其他无明显异常。结论对于隐匿性阴茎误行包皮环切术后手术矫正可取得较好的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical correction of concealed penis by false circumcision. Methods 30 cases of concealed penis were treated with circumcision. The patients were treated as the investigation object. The patients were treated with surgery and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results 30 patients were successfully completed surgery, and the average time was（50.28±2.14） min, the average length of stay was（5.05±1.24） d. Family members of the patients were more difficult to surgery, for 1 years, the other patients had no obvious complications of penis length compared with the age of about 1 cm, other no obvious abnormalities. Conclusion Good results can be achieved in the surgical correction of concealed penis by false circumcision.
