摘要
结合现代学徒制的定义,分析焊接专业技术特点,结合供给侧改革分析焊接人才需求以及传统人才培养存在的问题,介绍广西机电职业技术学院试点现代学徒制的主要做法,包括校企合作共同健全运行机制、招生与招工一体化、打造双师队伍、重构人才培养方案、改革教学方式、完善考核管理制度等方面。实践表明,校企实现深度合作,学生、学校、企业三方共赢,同时也针对现代学徒制试点遇到的困难提出了解决的建议。
The definition of the modern apprenticeship system was introduced,and the characteristics of the welding professional technology were analyzed. Combined with the supply-side reform,the demand of welding talent and the problems in traditional personnel training were analyzed. The main practice of Modern Apprenticeship in Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity was introduced,which includes the school-enterprise cooperation to establish the operating mechanism,the integration of enrollment and recruitment,teacher team,modification of the talent training program,reform of teaching method,establishment of management system and so on. The practice shows that the in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises can achieve good results. The solution to the difficulty of the modern apprenticeship system was proposed.
