摘要
为了富集水溶液中低浓度的苯酚,本文以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为捕获剂,利用响应面法优化了泡沫分离水溶液中苯酚的工艺.首先,通过单因素实验研究pH、气体流速、温度以及CTAB的浓度对苯酚富集比和回收率的影响,确定各操作条件对富集比显著影响的变化范围.在此基础上,采用响应面分析方法,确定了最佳的泡沫分离水溶液中苯酚的操作条件为温度45℃、pH 11.4、气体流速200 m L/min和CTAB浓度100mg/L,此时苯酚富集比为85.7,回收率为43.1%.
To enrich low concentration of phenol from the water, response surface methodology was used to optimize its foam fractionation from an aqueous solution with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a collector. Firstly, the effects of pH, volumetric airflow rate, CTAB concentration and temperature on the enrichment ratio and recovery percentage of phenol were investigated in single factor experiments to confirm the suitable range of each factor. Then, response surface methodology was used to confirm the optimal conditions of temperature 45 ℃, pH 11.4, volumetric airflow rate 200 mL/min and CTAB concentration 100 mg/L. Under such conditions, a high phenol enrichment ratio of 85.7 with a recovery percentage of 43.1% was obtained.
