miR-210在肝癌中的异常表达及其与预后的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测miR-210在肝癌组织中的表达,探讨其在肝癌中的表达与术后患者预后的关系。方法:收集120例患者术后新鲜肝癌组织,荧光PCR技术检测miR-210在肝癌组织中的表达。检验miR-210表达水平与各临床指标的关系,K-M曲线描述miR-210的表达与预后的关系,Cox回归分析进行多因素分析。结果:miR-210在肝癌组织的表达要比癌旁高(P<0.001),K-M曲线分析发现miR-210高表达预示着较差的预后(P<0.001),Cox回归分析中发现miR-210在单因素分析中P=0.003,在多因素分析中P=0.002。结论:miR-210在肝癌组织中表达高于癌旁组织,miR-210可以作为独立的分子标志提示肝癌术后患者的预后。 Objective:To detect the expression of miR -210 in hepatocellular carcinoma,and investigate their re-lationships with the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:All 120 hepatocellular carcinoma samples and peri -cancer tissues were analyzed using real -time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.Re-sults:Expression of miR -210 in cancer was higher than the peri -cancer(P〈0.001).Expression of miR -210 in cancer tissues was significantly associated with TNMgrade (P〈0.05)and tumor size(P〈0.05).In addition,in-creased miR -210 levels were also associated with overall survival (OS)rates compared to the low expression (P〈0.001 ),as calculated by Kaplan -Meier survival and Cox regression analyses.Furthermore,subgroup analyses showed that miR -210 expression was significantly associated with OS of HCC patients.Conclusion:miR -210 is highly expressed in HCC and a predict marker of prognosis in HCC patients.
