福州表层土壤有机氯农药分布特征与生态风险评价 被引量:11

Distribution and Ecological Risk Assessment of Organochlorine Pesticides in Surface Soil of Fuzhou City,China

摘要 采用GCECD方法检测福州市农田表层土壤中有机氯农药(OCPs)的含量,探讨研究区表层土壤中HCHs和DDTs残留水平和分布特征,并进行生态风险评价。结果表明:研究区表层土壤中HCHs和DDTs异构体及其衍生物检出率高于96%,其中HCHs残留量为1.26~26.64ng/g,均值为(4.81±4.87)ng/g,整体残留水平较低,DDTs的含量范围为0.52~158.29ng/g,均值为(16.44±26.24)ng/g,部分点位残留量较高;研究区不同区域表层土壤中HCHs、DDTs异构体及其衍生物平均含量均表现为郊区〈市区,且市区DDTs主要来源于历史残留,而郊区普遍存在三氯杀螨醇的输入,但都存在林丹的使用;研究区表层土壤中HCHs生态环境风险较低,部分点位DDTs生态风险较高,应引起重视。该研究可为该地区土壤管理与污染防治提供科学依据。 This paper uses GC-ECD to detect organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the surface soil of Fuzhou City,and then discusses the distribution characteristics and conducts ecological risk assessment of residue levels of HCHs and DDTs in the study region. The results show that the detection ratio of HCHs and DDTs isomers and their derivatives are higher than 96%. Concentrations of HCHs in surface soil range from 1.26 ng/g to 26.64 ng/g with the mean value of 4.81±4.87 ng/g) and the overall residue level of HCHs is to a lesser degree. Concentrations of DDTs range from 0.52 ng/g to 158.29 ng/g with the mean value of 16.44±26.24 ng/g and the residue level of DDTs are at a higher degree in some sampling sites. The residue levels of both HCHs and DDTs isomers and derivatives in the surface soils of different areas are in the order as: suburban areas 〈 urban areas. The source analysis indicates that DDTs in urban areas mainly come from the usage of DDTs in history,and dicofol might be used recently in suburban areas,while the usage of Lindane exists in both two areas. Ecological risk of HCHs in soil is relatively low,but that of DDTs in some sampling sites is higher,which should be taken into consideration seriously. This study can provide a scientific basis for soil management and pollution control of the study region.
