摘要
西藏工作在党和国家战略全局中居于重要地位。中央第五次西藏工作会议指出,西藏是重要的国家安全屏障,做好西藏工作是维护国家安全的迫切需要。西藏外语教育应积极对接服从这一战略思想,充分考虑西藏的地缘结构和西藏社会的特殊矛盾,从国家战略的高度及时调整外语政策,培养通晓南亚语言的复合型人才;开展南亚国家研究,培养能在国际舞台同达赖分裂集团作斗争、挫败反华势力阴谋的外语人才;以外语为工具和武器,构建重要的国家安全屏障,服务国家发展战略。
The work of Tibet plays a key role in China＇s national strategy construction. The 5th Forum on Work in Tibet points out that Tibet is an important national security barrier, so it is urgent to do well in the work of Tibet to maintain national security. In consideration ofthe strategic thinking and the special geographic and social characteristics of Tibet, foreign language education policy in Tibet needs to be adjusted as follows： to cultivate interdisciplinary talents of South Asian countries＇ languages; to start researches on South Asian countries; to cultivate special foreign language talents to have them use foreign language as both a tool and a weapon to fight a protracted battle against the 14 th Dalai Clique.
