摘要
目的：调查分析2012年～2014年广西省河池市人民医院（以下简称＂我院＂）麻醉药品的使用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药及规范管理提供参考依据。方法：对2012年～2014年期间我院麻醉药品的使用情况进行分析。我院从药品名称、规格、用量、销售额、构成比排序和用药频度排序等方面,对比分析各种麻醉药品的使用情况。结果：2012年～2014年期间我院麻醉药品的年使用量和年销售总额呈逐年增长的趋势。2012年和2013年各种麻醉药品的DDDs基本一致,DDDs排在前四位的麻醉药物分别是：枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和盐酸吗啡缓释片,2014年各种药品的DDDs较前两年稍有波动,其中盐酸哌替啶注射液的用量呈逐年下降的趋势。结论：我院对麻醉药品的使用基本合理,无滥用倾向,但仍需加强管理及用药指导,以保证患者用药的安全性。

Methods Extracted from the hospital information system from 2012 to 2014, narcotic use data information, the amount, composition than sorting method and frequency sorting method, analyzed the usage of each type. Result From 2012 to 2014, from the use of narcotic drugs increased year by year, the quantity and amount for each drug use frequency, 2012 and 2013, DDDs, in the highest order of fentanyl injection, sufentanil injection, fentanyl injection and morphine zyban, DDDs sequencing fluctuated slightly in 2014, top sufentanil and fentanyl second third, fentanyl and morphine zyban four, pethidine hydrochloride injection dosage decline year by year. Conclusion Our clinical reasonable use narcotic drugs, but still need to strengthen the guidelines, to ensure that the patients＇ medical needs.
