The relationship between the levels of RAAS and GFR in patients with AKI induced by sepsis

摘要 目的探讨脓毒症并发急性肾损伤(AKI)患者肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(RAAS)、胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys C)水平与肾小球滤过率(GFR)的关系。方法测定ICU脓毒症AKI患者的RAAS水平、血清肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)与Cys C水平,并评估GFR,分析各指标间的相关性。结果 Cys C、肾素、血管紧张素I浓度与GFR呈负相关;Cys C和血清肌酐正相关。结论脓毒症AKI患者Cys C是GFR的内源性标志物,RAAS水平可能影响GFR。 Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of rennin angiotensin aldosterone system(RAAS),cystatin C(Cys C)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)in patients with acute kidney injury(AKI)induced by sepsis.Methods Determination of the levels of RAAS,serum creatinine(SCr),CysC and estimated patients' GFR in ICU patients with AKI induced by sepsis.And GFR about the correlation between each index was evaluated.Result The levels of renin,angiotensin I,Cys C was negatively correlated with GFR.Cys C was positively correlated with SCr.Conclusion CysC in patients with AKI induced by sepsis is as an endogenous marker of GFR and the levels of RAAS may affect GFR in patients with AKI induced by sepsis.
