摘要
文中基于GB/T 31880-2015《检验检测机构诚信基本要求》标准,应用层次分析法(AHP)从法律、技术、管理、责任等四个方面确定影响检验检测机构诚信各要素所占权重,结合对各要素的评价为检验检测机构诚信值进行量化分析,给出检验检测机构诚信评分,为检验检测机构自我诚信管理提升以及监管部门更好地监管检验检测机构提供依据。
In this paper,based on GB/T 31880-2015 standard ＂The basic integrity requirements for inspection and testing organization＂,by appliying application of the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） from four aspects——law,technology,management,responsibility to determine the integrity of each factor affect the examination institutions were weighted,combined with the evaluation of each factor for the examination organization integrity value of quantitative analysis,given the examination institution credit ratings,self integrity management ascension for testing institutions and regulatory departments to provide basis for better regulation of the examination institutions.
