摘要
[目的]观察银翘散治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将116例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组58例利巴韦林,1粒/次,3次/d。治疗组58例银翘散（银花,牡丹皮、淡竹叶、牛蒡子、神曲、连翘、芦根各5g,甘草、蝉蜕各3g,天花粉6g）,1剂/d,水煎100m L,3~4次/d,口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、退热时间、咽部充血消失时间、疱疹消失时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效、退热时间、咽部充血消失时间、疱疹消失时间治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]银翘散治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] Observation YQS treatment of children Herpangina effect. [Method] Random parallel control method, 116 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting simple random divided into two groups. Ribavirin control group, 58 cases, 1/time, 3 times/d. Treatment of 58 cases YQS （honeysuckle, tree peony bark, light bamboo, Arctium, The Divine Comedy, forsythia, reed rhizome 5 g, licorice, cicada each 3 g, TC, S 6 g）, 1 Ji/d, decoction 100 mL, 3 to 4 times/d, orally. Continuous treatment 7 d for a course. Observation of clinical symptoms, fever time, throat congestion disappear time, herpes disappearance time of adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Result] Clinical efficacy, cooling time, throat congestion disappear time, herpes disappearance time of the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rates than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] YQS treatment of children Herpangina, results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
