摘要
综述了鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)作为一种独特的测试系统在化妆品原料和产品毒性检测、功效评估和机制研究中的应用。重点介绍了CAM的优缺点,不同CAM测试方案的差异和在眼刺激组合策略中的使用建议。讨论了基于CAM的方法在眼刺激、光毒性、皮肤刺激、急性毒性和遗传毒性检测,以及在血管生成促进和抑制、抗氧化、抗刺激等功效评估中的应用。最后提出基于CAM的测试方法可替代传统动物试验,为化妆品评测提供可靠的数据支持。
The applications of chicken chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) as a unique test system in toxicity testing, efficacy assessment and mechanism study of cosmetic ingredients and products are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of CAM are introduced, and the differences between the CAM test approaches for eye irritation and the suggestion of integrated testing strategy are provided. The methods based on CAM have been discussed including the tests of eye irritation, photo-toxicity, skin irritation, acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity and the efficacy evaluations in angiogenesis and anti-angiogenesis, anti-oxidation and anti-irritation. Finally, it concluded that CAM-based methods can be alternative to traditional animal experiments and can provide reliable data support for cosmetic testing and assessment.
