摘要
以辉河国家级自然保护区核心区河岸带为研究对象,采用样方调查、实验分析和冗余分析方法,研究植物多样性指数与土壤因子间的关系。结果表明,研究区共记录54种植物,隶属23科44属,物种组成较丰富,种群的优势度较小。物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Winner指数和Simpson指数变化规律一致,其最大值都出现在岸边以及距河流100 m和200 m处较近的采样点。随着距河流距离的进一步增大,各指数逐渐减小,在距河流300-700 m的采样点,各指数变化较小,在距河流800-900 m的采样点,各指数进一步减小,其在距河流900 m的采样点达到最小值;Pielou均匀度指数在距河流较近的采样点变化较小;而在距河流600-900 m距离的采样点,其Pielou均匀度指数明显高于其它采样点。随着与河流距离的增大,土壤全氮含量、全磷含量和含水量减少,土壤有机质含量先增加、后减小。冗余分析排序轴与环境因子的分析结果表明,土壤全氮含量、全磷含量和含水量是影响辉河湿地河岸带植物多样性的主要因子。
The riparian zone of Hui River in the core area of Hui River National Nature Reserve was selected as study area. Using methods of vegetation quadrat investigation, experimental analysis and redundancy analysis(RDA), the relationship between plant species diversity and soil factors was analyzed. The results showed that the 54 plants species were recorded in the study area, which belonged to 23 genera, 44 families. Plant species were rich, while dominant species was not obvious. Changes in species richness, Shannon-Wiener index and Simpson index showed similar trends, and the maximum value of indexes appeared on the shore and sample sites of 100 m, 200 m from the river, which were significantly higher than these of other sample sites.With the increase of distance from the river, each index was gradually reduced, and the changes of indexes were not significant in sample sites of 300-700 m from the river, but all indexes reached the minimum values at the site of 900 m from the river. Pielou index increased with the increase of distance from the river, which was significantly higher than these of other samples sites of 600-900 m from the river. Total nitrogen, total phosphorus and moisture contents increased with the increase of distance from the river, while the soil organic matter content first increased and then decreased. Results of redundancy analysis showed that total nitrogen,total phosphorus and soil moisture contents were important factors to influence plant species diversity of the riparian zones in Hui River wetlands.
