摘要
研究生学术水平是衡量研究生教育质量、创新能力的重要指标。以临床医学硕士研究生为调查对象,从导师、临床科室、研究生自身三个方面,统计分析了影响研究生学术水平的各类影响因素,并就某些因素进行了深入分析和讨论,为提高研究生学术水平提供有益借鉴。
Academic level presents an important indicator to evaluate the education quality and innovation ability for graduates.Taken the clinical graduates as respondents via survey,the study analyzed the influencing factors on the academic level from the aspects of the tutor,clinical department and graduates themselves.Based on this,the study further discussed these influencing factors in hope of providing some beneficial references for the academic level improvement of graduates.
