摘要 甲状腺钙化性病变的CT检查中,钙化的大小、形态及分布对其良、恶性的判断具有重要价值,尤其是对超声不占优势的粗钙化和厚壁环状钙化。日常工作中,对甲状腺钙化性病变良、恶性的准确识别,有助于甲状腺恶性病变的早期手术治疗,同时减少良性病变不必要的手术创伤。 In the CT examination of thyroid calcified lesions, the size, shape and distribution of calcificationit are useful to distinguish between benignancy and malignancy, especially for the coarse calcification and thick-walled annular calcification which can not be well detected in ultrasound examination. In the daily work, accurate identification for the benignancy and malignancy of thyroid calcified lesions is essential for early surgical treatment for the malignant thyroid lesions, and reducing unnecessary surgical trauma in the patients with benign lesions.
