摘要
以hypermesh软件建立有限元模型,采用ANSYS分析软件对分线箱进行静强度分析,校核分线箱的承载性能;采用ANSYS软件计算出各评估点的最大主应力,依据Miner理论和BS标准中对应的S-N曲线上的循环次数,求出各评估点的累积损伤比均小于1,箱体结构满足疲劳强度设计要求。
Using Hypermesh software and analyzing static strength of the coupling box by using ANSYS, this paper establishes the finite element model software and checks the bearing capacity of the box. The maximum principal of the evaluation point is calculated by using ANSYS software. The ratio of cumulative damage of the every, evaluation point is less than 1 based on the theory, of Miner and the cycle-index on the s-n curve corresponded to BS standard. The box structure satisfies the requirement of fatigue strength design.
