摘要 在传统型大学,以学术业绩作为指针,已经产生了严重后果。在创业型大学,若以经济指标作为指针,则会产生更加严重的后果。因为经济指标比学术指标具有更强烈、更直观的功利性。推进创业型大学建设,要从社会贡献度的角度引导教师转型。当前,至少可以在这样三点上努力:在评价机制上矫正恶性膨胀的逐利动机;淡化数字业绩的宣传,突出社会贡献的介绍;从长远利益对待大学的学术创业,让利于师。这种努力,对接了创业型大学诞生的历史使命与社会责任,更加让人们坚信:创业型大学这个名字或许会变,但这种发展方向不会改变。 In the traditional university, it has had a serious consequence to make academic performance as a pointer. It will produce a more serious result ff we take economic target as an indicator in the entrepreneurial university, because economic target has stronger and more intuitive utility than academic target. To advance construction of entrepreneurial university, we should lead teachers to transform from the perspective of social contribution rate. At present, we can try our best at these three aspects, first, correcting the profit motivation of malignant expansion in the evaluation mechanism; second, playing down publicity of digital performance and highlighting the introduction of social contribution; third, giving the profit to teachers from the long-term interests to treat university academic entrepreneurship. This effort conforms to the history mission and social responsibility of the birth of entrepreneurial university, which let people believe the future more firmly, the name of entrepreneurial university may change, but the direction does not change.
