摘要
目的:对我院体外诊断试剂采购情况进行评价与分析,对使用过程中存在的问题提出解决办法。方法:对我院2010-2015年使用体外诊断试剂的金额及采购情况进行统计,对实际工作中出现的问题进行分析总结。结果:2010-2015年,我院体外诊断试剂采购金额逐年递增。通过对体外诊断试剂实行规范化管理,可以减少管理环节,降低成本和资源投入,避免过多的物质消耗,提高工作效率,有效保证试剂质量。结论:建立并实施《体外诊断试剂管理办法》,明确责任部门,把好体外诊断试剂的采购、验收、储存、在库养护、检测等各个环节,从而更好地服务于临床检测的需要,保证临床合理使用。
Objective: To evaluate and analyze the purchasing situation of in vitro diagnostic reagents in our hospital, and put forward solutions to the existing problems in the process of application. Methods: The purchase amount of in vitro diagnostic reagents in our hospital from 2010 to 2015 was analyzed statistically, and the problems were analyzed and summarized according to the actual working situation. Results: During 2010-2015 in our hospital, the purchase amount of in vitro diagnostic reagent increased year by year. On the other hand, the standardized management of in vitro diagnostic reagent could reduce the cost of management, as well as the resource investment, avoid excessive material consumption, improve the working efficiency, and effectively ensure the quality of reagents. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish and implement in vitro diagnostic reagents management approach, clarify the responsibility of departments, and pay more attention to the procurement, check, storage, maintenance, inspection and so on, so as to provide better service for clinical detection and ensure clinical rational application.
