摘要
针对我国血站系统内部控制的现状问题进行深入分析,并探讨如何建立和完善血站内部控制。并保护单位各项资产的安全,完整,防止财产流失,并在此基础上制定适合血站特点的管理模式的内部控制框架。建立适合血站的财务管理制度是其发展的重要基石,以方便血站工作的有序化、程序化。合理分配等工作内容,并与我国国情密切相结合。血站作为一个公益性的单位,保证血液的及时供应及储存是首要任务,资金管理、成本控制、预算管理是我国血站首要管理的内容。血站具有独特性,需要内控管理设计科学,执行有效的内控体系有利于血站的发展。
To study how to build and improve the internal control in blood station by deeply analyzing the status and prob-lems of internal control in the blood station system of our country and protect the safety and integrity of every asset of units in order to avoid the loss of the property and formulate the internal control framework of the management model suitable for the blood station characteristics on this basis. The establishment of financial control system suitable for the blood station is an important foundation of its development in order to provide convenience for the ordering and routinization of the blood station work. We should rationally allot job content and be closely combined with the national condition of our country. As a public welfare unit, the first task of the blood station is to guarantee the timely supply and storage of blood, and the first management contents of the blood station of our country are fund management, cost control and budget management. The in-ternal control management design of the blood station needs to be scientific with its uniqueness, and the implementation of the effective internal control system is conducive to the development of the blood station.
