摘要
目的探究在护理学基础中应用大型开放式网络课程(massive online open courses,MOOC)的效果。方法研究按随机抽取法抽取2013级、2014级和2015级我院在校护理专业学生62例,按照教学方式不同给予分组,对照组31例行一般教学模式,研究组31例应用MOOC模式教学,对比两组间考核情况、认同比例。结果护理后研究组理论知识与技术操作相比对照组得到改善提高(P<0.05)。护理后研究组满意度、兴趣、能力水平等相比对照组均得到明显好转(P<0.05)。结论通过对护理专业学生应用MOOC教学模式后,改善了其护理技术与知识水平,提高了满意度及各项能力水平。
Objective To study the effect of the application of massive online open courses in the nursing basis. Methods 62 cases of students majoring in nursing in our hospital in 2013, 2014 and 2015 were randomly extracted and divided into two groups with 31 cases in each according to different teaching methods, the control group adopted general teaching model, the research group adopted MOOC model teaching, and the examination situations and recognition ratios were compared be-tween the two groups. Results After nursing, the theory knowledge and technical operation in the research group were im-proved compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05), after nursing, the satisfactory degree, interest, capability level in the research group were obviously improved compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion For students majoring in nursing, the application of MOOC teaching model improves thee nursing technology and knowledge level and improves the satisfactory degree and various capability levels.
