摘要
现今在我国高校内部管理与运行过程中,存在诸多学术权力与行政权力错位,职责不明晰的现象。在教授委员会制度运行过程中存在自主权不足,相关法律法规不完善;行政权力、政治权力凌驾于教授委员会之上;学术权力集权现象严重等问题。为保障教授委员会制度的完善与发展,必须完善相关法律法规,给予教授委员会更多自主权,下放学术决策权,推动高校民主管理和科学决策。
Nowadays,there are a lot of academic power and administrative power dislocation in the process of internal management and operation. In the operation process of the professors committee system,there are some problems such as lack of autonomy,imperfect laws and regulations,administrative power and political power over the professors committee. In order to improve and develop the professors committee system,We should develop and improve the relevant laws and regulations,give more autonomy to the professor committee,lower academic decision- making power,and promote the democratic management and scientific decision- making in Colleges and universities.
