再生粗骨料替代率对再生混凝土力学性能影响 被引量:36

摘要 为研究19~26.5 mm粒径范围内的再生粗骨料等质量替代同粒径范围内天然粗骨料的再生混凝土的力学性能影响,采用再生粗骨料替代率为0~100%等质量替代天然粗骨料拌制了11种C30混凝土,对不同替代率下的新拌混凝土进行了抗压和劈裂拉伸试验。结果表明:再生混凝土的抗压、劈裂拉伸破坏形态与普通混凝土基本一致。当再生粗骨料替代率分别为60%和0时,再生混凝土的抗压强度与劈裂拉伸强度分别达到最大。研究结果可为再生粗骨料应用于混凝土中提供指导和借鉴。 To study the influence of replacement rate of recycle coarse aggregate with the size of 19 ~26. 5 mm on the mechanical properties of recycle concrete when the natural coarse aggregate was replaced by the recycle coarse aggregate with the same quality,11 kinds of C30 recycled coarse aggregate concrete specimens,the replacement rate of which ranged from 0 to 100%,were subjected to compression and splitting tensile tests. Results showed that the failure modes of the recycle concrete and concrete made of natural coarse aggregate are almost the same. In particular,when the replacement rates of recycle coarse aggregate were 60% and 0,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength reached the maximum respectively,which could provide guidance and reference for the application of recycled coarse aggregate.
