摘要
为满足海口港新海港区汽车客货滚装码头船舶通航需求及保障新海港区船舶通航安全,结合新海港区通航环境,考虑规范要求,在模型计算的基础上提出近期与远期、分阶段分道通航方案,航道通过能力及船舶操纵模拟试验均表明,两种方案均可行且各有利弊。
To meet the navigation requirements of vessels of Xinhai ferry dock in Haikou,and safeguard navigation safety,the shot-term and long-term navigation separation schemes are proposed in light of the code requirements and model calculation under navigation environment. The calculation results of channel traffic capacity and ship maneuvering simulation show that the schemes are feasible and each scheme had its advantages and disadvantages.
