摘要
为了评估光伏发电的接入对配电网安全稳定运行的影响,对含光伏配电网安全性进行了研究。在考虑电压波动率、网损等因素基础上,从供电能力、供电质量、系统脆弱性及均衡水平的角度建立了含光伏配电网静态安全性指标体系。建立评估用气象数据模型,设计分布式光伏接入配电网的典型场景,基于0penDSS仿真模拟光伏发电的不确定性与随机性。将模糊物元分析法与熵权法相结合进行安全性综合评估,得出不同光伏接入场景下配电网安全等级,并基于评价结果提出了光伏准入意见。
In order to evaluate the safe and stable operation of distribution network with distributedphotovoltaic ( P V ) , the security of distribution network was researched. Considering the voltage fluctuation andnetwork lo sses, the index system of static security was established from power supply capability, power q uality,system vulnerability and equilibrium. This paper established the meteorological data model and designed typicalscenes of distributed PV access to distribution netw ork,and simulated the uncertainty and randomness of PV basedon OpenDSS. The combination of fuzzy matter-elem ent model and entropy method was applied to safety evaluation, toreach the distribution network security level under different PV access scenarios. It also proposed recommendationson PV access according to the evaluation results.
