摘要
以白芨蒴果为材料,采用涂布法接种白芨种子,研究植物激素和光照对白芨种子无菌萌发的影响。结果表明,种子分散良好,光照显著促进白芨种子的萌发,6-BA是影响种子萌发的主要因素,赤霉素对种子萌发作用不明显。在1/2MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L GA3的培养基上,白芨种子萌发率达90%,萌发时间较短,形成的幼苗健壮。
The mature capsule of Bletilla striata was used to study the effect of GA3 and light on the germination of seed.Spread-plate method was adopted to inoculate the seeds and the seeds were separated to culture under light or in darkness.Results showed that seeds were evenly distributed in the medium and had good germination rate at 90% with the medium 1/2MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/LNAA+0.5mg/L GA3.6-BA was the most important factor in seed germination while GA3 had small effect.the germination time was short and the seedlings were strong.
