摘要
钼及其合金因其具有优异的高温力学性能、高的导电导热系数和低的热膨胀系数而广泛应用于有色冶金、机械、国防和航空航天等领域。然而,由于钼及其合金高温易氧化而限制了其应用范围。MoSi_2因具有优异的高温抗氧化性能,被认为是最适合工程应用的高温涂层材料。本文介绍从MoSi_2的性能特点、制备工艺及MoSi_2涂层的研究进展三个方面综述了近年来国内外钼及其合金的硅化钼涂层防护技术,并对MoSi_2涂层的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Molybdenum and its alloys are widely applied in nonferrous metallurgy,machinery,defense industry,space flight and aviation,because of their advanced properties,such as excellent high-temperature mechanical properties,good electrical and thermal conductivity,and low coefficient of thermal expansion. While the poor hightemperature oxidation resistance of molybdenum and its alloys limit their applications. Due to its excellent hightemperature oxidation resistance,MoSi_2 is considered to be one of the most suitable coating materials served at the extremely high temperatures in industrial applications. Physical properties of the MoSi_2 coating,mechanisms of oxidation resistance and its coating preparation technology are summarized. The evolutions and the recent researches on MoSi_2 sole coating and MoSi_2 composite coatings are also reviewed in this article. The research trend of MoSi_2 coating is forecasted.
