摘要
论述了微弧氧化的阳极气泡击穿理论模型、阳极界面模型、定量理论模型、火花沉积模型和微桥放电模型等的机理,并提出微弧氧化与水热处理、碱处理以及多种技术复合将成为今后微弧氧化的发展趋势。
The mechanisms of anode bubble breakdown theory model, anode interface model, the quantitative theory model, the discharge spark deposition model and micro bridge model were discussed. The micro-arc oxidation with hydrothermal treatment, alkali treatment, as well as a variety of technologies will become the future development trendency of micro-arc oxidation.
